How many times have you heard, or maybe thought, or felt that it was time? hardest time? I've heard it all the time. But I always understand that at every moment someone has nowhere worse, and someone, without the slightest idea of anyone's suffering, is happy and serene. Thus, the concept of “the most difficult time” may not apply to all the inhabitants of the planet, but to specific people or groups. Putting the plague epidemic on one side of the scale and the Covid-19 pandemic on the other side of the scale, can you accurately determine which of these two plagues is the most difficult?

Of course, your shirt is closer to your body, especially the further out in the woods. But yes, the time of loss and trial is always the most terrible: we live for the first and last time. What saves you in the worst of times?

But it helps a lot if you stick to the system: plan, go through, sort, fold in shelves, drawers, folders, catalog, determine what you send to the garbage, and what is suitable for charity. Write down every action of tomorrow in a plan, and then mark it with a plus or emoji. Such work distracts from oppressive thoughts, disciplines, helps to increase self-esteem.



No less effective way to survive and overcome the most difficult time will be your help to others. Soon a year the family of Vitaly and Lyudmila Dergun from day to day prepares for the defenders stew, canned fish, harvesting nuts, dried fruits. And they find the opportunity to communicate with children and grandchildren, to care for an old grandmother, regularly feeding ownerless cats and dogs in the countryside.



Almost nine years of volunteering has given many not only a second but also a third wind. A sense of self-importance for someone, especially for the great common cause of an entire nation, is often the most important thing for us.
