Husband once received an apartment from the state, I am not going to give real estate to my daughter-in-law

When a new family member appears, everyone forgets about the conflicts and tries to give the newborn as much attention as possible. But in the family of Nina Pavlovna everything happened differently. Nina Pavlovna will be 65 in a week. She has a son and a daughter. The son is older, he got married a couple of years ago, and it was in his family that a child appeared. Only for Nina Pavlovna, the grandson caused a headache.

New family member Nina Pavlovna does not hide that she loves her youngest daughter more than her son. Tanya, her daughter, did not have a family life, and she left her husband with a small child for her mother. They've been living together ever since. But the eldest son is happy in marriage, but Nina Pavlovna does not have such tenderness for him as for her daughter and granddaughter. Oleg lives separately, he and his wife pay a mortgage, and recently they had a child.

“I haven’t seen my grandson yet, though Oleg invited him to visit, but somehow it wasn’t before. I help my daughter raise her granddaughter, cook her lunch, meet her from school, I have no time to go to guests. Especially since the baby is a baby: he or screams, or sleeps, what to take from him, says Nina Pavlovna.

Nina Pavlovna lives with her daughter in her husband’s apartment. Until recently, it was registered four people: Nina Pavlovna, Tanya, Oleg and granddaughter. And a couple of months ago came the utility bills. Then Nina Pavlovna suspected something wrong. The bills were bigger than usual. When Nina Pavlovna found out what was wrong, she turned pale.

Payments are more due to the fact that Oleg without her knowledge prescribed a newborn child in her apartment. Nina Pavlovna has long asked her son to leave the apartment to leave everything as an inheritance to her younger sister and child. She's alone, no one to help her. Oleg and his wife can handle it.

“The son agreed that a man should provide for the family. He grew up an independent and wealthy man. Only now the daughter-in-law from a large family, she clinged to her son and forbade him to leave the apartment in which we live. The apartment was not privatized, it was inherited from my husband. And the husband received it from the state, the kingdom of heaven for him.

The lawyer advised to privatize the apartment for all and buy the share of the son. I'm a pensioner and I don't have the money. And the son doesn't want to give in. And now a new surprise with the registration of the grandson added even more problems. This is my property and I will not share it with my daughter-in-law.”

From the editorial office, the apartment question always gets a lump in the throat. The situation is complicated. Apparently, the son of Nina Pavlovna had every right to register his son in the apartment, where he is registered. But the difficulty is that he didn't consult his mother, who pays her apartment bills. Everywhere there are restrictions on the number of tenants in the apartment depending on square meters. Since Nina Pavlovna herself does not make contact, her relatives have to go roundabout ways. She's angry, but what if the son had no other options and still can't register his baby in his apartment?
