The soup of cabbage and apples in Czech

Czech soup, or rather stew a distinct taste palette. Usually Czech soups sweet and sour. Ingredients for soup serve sauerkraut with caraway seeds, onions, apples or mushrooms.





Ingredients:

 

  • vegetable broth – 1.5 l
  • sauerkraut 700 g
  • apples – 1 PC.
  • vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
  • cumin 2 tbsp.
  • salt, pepper – to taste


How to cook:

To cook this soup is very simple. Cook sauerkraut until tender in vegetable stock.

Salt, pepper to taste.

Apple, you must peel, remove core, cut into four pieces and finely chopped.

5 minutes before the end add the Apple and caraway.

Cover with a lid or in the throes of a few minutes. Vegetable oil added just before serving.
