What 200 calories actually look like

All foods have different calorie content. The guys at wiseGEEK decided to show how this difference looks in reality. Followers of their diet and just curious people will certainly be interested in the study, which demonstrated different foods in an amount containing 200 calories. For greater clarity, all photos were taken with the help of one camera on the same plates with a diameter of 26 cm or in glasses with a diameter of 16 cm. We selected photos from the least caloric to the most caloric foods. Keep in mind that this project focuses solely on the number of calories an adult should consume on average 2,000-2,500 daily, and does not address other equally important indicators that make up the nutritional value of the product.
