Quesadilla Greek
Ingredients:
Flour tortillas-tortillas – 8 PCs
Fresh spinach – 400-450 g
Red onion
Sun-dried tomatoes
Black olives
Mozzarella (grated)
Feta cheese – a few tablespoons
Oregano (dry/fresh)
Red pepper flakes (optional)
Preparation:
Finely slice the spinach leaves, onion, sun-dried tomatoes and olives. On the cake put the filling. Add grated mozzarella, feta, oregano and red pepper flakes.
Place the burrito on a heated pan, on top cover it with the second tortilla. Cook until the bottom bread gets brown, then flip (about 2 minutes per side). Remove the quesadilla from the pan and cut into 4 pieces with a pizza cutter.
