An exquisite soup of kohlrabi "Norwegian"





This soup kohlrabi is prepared according to the recipe of Norwegian cuisine. Try to include this delicious soup in your menu.

INGREDIENTS:

80-100 g of kohlrabi

1 l mushroom broth

80-100 g of mushrooms

80 g of sour cream

2 egg yolks

1 tbsp. butter

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

Boil mushroom broth, salt and pepper to taste, strain.

Kohlrabi cook until tender and make a mash.

Mashed kohlrabi, dilute broth, add chopped cooked mushrooms, season with cream whipped with egg yolk, and butter.
