Celery soup

The first dish that not only adds calories, but also helps to lose weight because it consists of ingredients with the so-called negative calorie.





Ingredients:

  • Celery stalks 400 g
  • Bulbs 6 PCs.
  • White cabbage 500 g
  • Tomatoes (fresh or canned) 3 PCs.
  • Green sweet pepper 2 pods
  • Ground black pepper
  • Salt to taste
 

Preparation:

Vegetables wash, dry, peel and finely chop. Pour into a saucepan 3 liters of water, add the vegetables, salt and pepper to taste. Place on high heat, bring the soup to a boil and boil for 10 minutes. Then reduce the heat and simmer the soup until all the vegetables are soft.published
