Airy and delicate smoothie, persimmon and pumpkin — nail of the fall season! I advise you to treat yourself and cook it for Breakfast.





 

  • 150 g pumpkin pulp
  • 2 persimmons peeled
  • 2st.tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 Mandarin or 1 orange
  • 1ch spoon of honey or sweetener to taste
  • a pinch of turmeric
Pumpkin steam, combine in a blender all the ingredients and whisk. Autumn cocktail is ready!
