Tangerine smoothie





Ingredients:

  • Mandarin — 2 pieces
  • Frozen banana — 1 PC.
  • Milk — 1 Cup
  • Yogurt — ⅓ Cup
  • Honey — 1 tsp
  • ginger — a pinch
Preparation:

1. Peel the banana, cut it into small pieces and put into the freezer for 20 minutes.

2. Peel the tangerines.

3. Loaded into blender tangerine. Add the pieces of frozen banana.

4. Add milk, yogurt, honey and ginger.

5. Whisk at maximum speed for 30 seconds.
