Tangerine smoothie
Ingredients:
- Mandarin — 2 pieces
- Frozen banana — 1 PC.
- Milk — 1 Cup
- Yogurt — ⅓ Cup
- Honey — 1 tsp
- turmeric — a pinch
1. Peel the banana, cut it into small pieces and put into the freezer for 20 minutes.
