Milk-beet soup
Grate the thin strips 1 small beet,
a little salt and sprinkle with 1-2 tablespoons lemon juice and leave to marinate for a few hours,
Add a little chopped cucumber,
polpuchka parsley,
a few sprigs of dill,
pour 1 tbsp. salted almond milk
