With regard to the Hydra, the shot hit the relatively small area of the satellite, which can distinguish at least two of the crater. Scientists believe that Hydra has a different surface structure in various fields. "So far we have seen only the Hydra as a bright point, and see it as a real entity with its own characteristics, for the first time - a surreal experience," - said Ted Strick, a representative of the team of scientists from the project New Horizons.
It is interesting that no one and Hydra were discovered only in 2005, thanks to the Hubble Space Telescope.
Kerber and Styx, most likely, also hit the frame, but these materials are received on Earth not earlier than mid-October.
