Viktor Pavlov





Born on October 5, 1940 in Moscow.

Honored Artist of the RSFSR (11.04.1985).
People's Artist of Russia (29.12.1994).

Born in the Arbat area on Sivtseff Ravine. Childhood had on the war. It was cold and hungry. Unforgettable memories of those years - the coming war with his father - and he is a five-year boy, hugging him, inhaling the smell of his father's tunic. Victor had a special love birds, a passion he carried them through life. These long, difficult, contradictory years now remember with warmth and tenderness. There were a lot of friends, began a peaceful, bright life with the hope of happiness.

In 1965 he enters the theater Yermolova and works it to 1969. Later, in 1985, he returned to the theater Yermolova and worked here till 1990.

From 1969 to 1977 the artist works in Mayakovsky Theater. This period is also very important to the biography of the artist. Here he brilliantly played roles in many great performances, each of which is a real event in the theatrical life of Moscow.

From 1977 to 1985 and from 1990 until his death he worked at the State Academic Maly Theater.



In the spring of 2006, while on the set of the film "Curator" in Kiev, Viktor suffered a fourth stroke. A few months later he was in hospital. Only in August, the actor felt better and was able to return home to Moscow. He was full of hopes and plans to start working, but unfortunately fate did not give him a chance.
Died August 24, 2006 of a heart attack in his Moscow apartment on the arms of his wife. He was buried on August 28 on the eighth section Kuntsevskiy cemetery next to the grave of his father.

The course studied with Mikhail Kononov, Vitaly Solomin and Oleg Dal.

Acted in small roles in movies since 1961. The first film with his participation, released in theaters was "When the Trees Were Tall" Leo Kulidzhanov. He subsequently became one of the most popular and often filmed actors (in his filmography, more than 120 movies) without interrupting the work on stage.
