In 2003, the wildlife photographer Nick Dzhens Alaska and his labrador dog met the wolf. It was the most unusual meeting.





Nick was in the backyard with her dog, when there was a wild wolf. Worried dog struggling rushed to meet a stranger.





Nick was very surprised when I saw that the animals started to play. He managed to take a picture.





Wolf continually come. And all these years, Nick impresses all his visits to the photos. He called him Romeo.





Romeo became the star of Juno. He played with other dogs in a local park.





First, residents worried about the visits Romeo. But then they realized that he only comes to play.





Romeo is not just playing with the dogs. He would come and talk with the people, bringing toys - behaved as any dog. Romeo is very well aware of people and dogs, and they knew it. Three kinds of living beings exist in harmony alongside each other.




Wolf lived in Juneau many as 6 years. It was a kind of ambassador of wildlife among the people.





In 2010, Romeo died, and residents of the city have made a memorial in his honor with a special sign.
