The new terminal Pulkovo International Airport

The new terminal Pulkovo International Airport is the result of a creative alliance of design firms Grimshaw Architects and Pascall + Watson Architects. He advocates the "face" of the city and the country as a whole, representing an expressive structure with close attention to detail. The architects sought to make the terminal building at the same time the most practical and interesting from a design standpoint. Inspired by the architecture of the city with numerous domes, museums and bridges, they came up with such an unusual roof, which became a landmark honors terminal and able to withstand even the most heavy snowfalls in winter. Panoramic windows let in building a large amount of sunlight emphasizes the benefit golden faces geometric designs.
