2. At first, I thought that we were in a local center for contemporary art. Designed for five-plus.

3. You see a similar fence on industrial sites? I'm not.

4. We were dressed in white robes and given helmets.

5. The paint transforms dreary industrial landscapes.

6. Notice, snow white - some disgruntled Chelyabinsk bloggers do not love their region: they all bad - and the snow they black, and all around sad and all around bad. How can they seriously zhivetsya-)

7. I wonder why other industries are not connected designers ...

8. We drive to a height of 239

9. In July 2010 at the Chelyabinsk Pipe Rolling Plant launched a new workshop for production of single-seam large diameter pipe "Height 239". The total investment in the project ChTPZ, called "Height 239" was 21 billion rubles. The new electric-welded pipe plant - the first investroekt in the steel industry, implemented through state guarantees.

10. The name of the new production - "Height 239" is connected, firstly, to the fact that 239 - is the height of the geographic point where the plant is built, corresponding to the height of the southern part of the Ural Mountains above sea level, and that the 239 - it is the highest of this location production in the Russian pipe industry.

11. Secondly, the company ChTPZ confident that the new shop with modern equipment and technology, a fundamentally new accents in the work culture, which is the international quality standards, must have his face. Hence, the sonorous, original, memorable name.

We raise the lift and wonder ... more

12. Here it is possible to live. Wooden parquet, like a river, slides over the "control center shop." Along the racks are living trees - Laurel - in tubs.

13. Capacities "Altitude 239" include walking areas forming, welding, finishing, internal and external anti-corrosion coatings. Its length is about 720 meters, width - about 150 meters square - 15 football fields. The workshop equipment incorporated many innovations that allow the tube to produce the highest level.

14. In April 2011, "Height 239" released the first batch of striped LDP and became the first shop in the world, which began producing branded colored striped tube.

15. There are very design of the pipe. Thus, large-diameter pipes for the roof frame put indoor skating center in Sochi, which is under construction in preparation for the 2014 Olympics; to provide the main bolt - supporting joist entire construction of the stadium in Kazan, which is being built in preparation for the XXVII World Summer Universiade 2013 and the FIFA World Cup 2018; for the construction of the station in Adler, which is being built in preparation for the Sochi 2014 Olympic Games.

16. "Height 239" produces pipes and certified in accordance with all standards, key customers ChTPZ - "Gazprom" and "Transneft". Incidentally, the interior walls of the shop - red from floor to ceiling varies from shades of dark, rich - a lighter. A total of 7 workshop used shades of red.

17. The main control room is also decorated with wood panels.

18. The new shop CTRP - the first draft of the national "white metal", based on the totality of the production of culture, high product quality, environmental safety and appropriately qualified staff.

19. The concept of "white metals" is associated with high-tech - medicine, microelectronics, where priority is precision and responsibility, and work clothes personnel are traditionally white robes. Through the use of the latest technologies, "white metals" ChTPZ destroys one of the most stable in the past stereotypes that work with the metal can not be associated with clean clothes and white, traditionally refers to the "black" dirty industries.

20. In the shop "Height 239" broken a unique "garden of stones" - haven of peace.

21. Such an element is not in any industrial enterprise. Rock Garden decorates the roof of the drying compartment - that's 30 tons of sand, 12 sakura and 33 stone.

22. It is doubly pleased that such wonderful facilities are being built in Russia.

Surprised?
