Spilled plasma on the ground

By studying the types of our great country in the Google Maps, I came across strange formations in the north, on the border YaNAO and KhMAO.

Question to experts, what is it? Holes in the ground yet clear, most likely the lake, and that's what the white, like the bridges? Alien base?
