Solemn burning

Employees of the Security Service of Ukraine set fire to more than a ton of confiscated white powder in the premises of the Kyiv waste incineration plant "Energy" in accordance with the court verdict that decided the fate of the batch of prohibited substance. That's why I thought the city was so empty yesterday. And some strange energy was bubbling in the body. But questions arise: 1. Why was the batch detained back in 2010 (estimated cost - $200 million) decided to be burned only now? 2. Is it purely coincidental that a ton of flour disappeared from one of the nearest elevators?
