Standard cells for prisoners is a room of 12 square meters. m., equipped with modern furniture, LCD TV and shower (2 sqm). Within the prison located cultural center with a recording studio, rooms for art, library, conservatory; a sports center with a large hall for employment; separate houses for long visits with relatives; premises for school and laboratory studies; medical center and production workshops. Prison premises are decorated with works of art, the acquisition of which was spent almost a million dollars. Halden prison regime involves the free movement of prisoners through the territory.
