- 4 tbsp milk
- 6 tbsp vegetable oil
- 250g onion
- 350g fresh salmon
- 3 eggs
- 250g sour cream
- 100g hard cheese

Preparation
- Making dough. Grind the cottage cheese and add milk and vegetable oil. Pour the flour and mix the dough. The finished mass is packed in a cellophane bag and put in the refrigerator for half an hour. We need to give the test time to cool down.
- While the dough is cooling, we'll do the filling. Cut. salmon fillet small pieces, onions - semi-rings. Roast the onions in oil until soft. Then add fish and spices, roast for 10-15 minutes.
- Eggs, sour cream and cheese make a cake sauce. Stir all the ingredients with a blender at maximum speed.
- Take the form and cover it with baking paper. The dough is rolled out and put in a medium-sized shape (about 20-25 cm). Put on the dough filling, pour the finished sauce and put in the oven. Bake 30-35 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
