Resourceful guy built himself Box in a rented apartment, to save on rent

25-year-old illustrator from San Francisco found a solution to the problem is too expensive housing in Silicon Valley. He rented a room with a friend and it was built in a separate bedroom.

When Berkowitz other began searching the apartment, he was faced with the eternal for the San Francisco dilemma - in all apartments, which he could afford were large living rooms, but did not have enough bedrooms. Then he decided to build his own.





Berkowitz lives with four neighbors in an apartment with three bedrooms (not counting his personal box). He pays the rent of $ 400 a month, his neighbors - for $ 800 each
