QUINTA da regaleira, a romantic Palace in neo-Gothic style

Included in the world heritage site "Cultural landscape of Sintra". On the estate are fanciful romantic style Palace fantastically reinterpreted the neo-Gothic chapel and a Park with lakes, grottoes, wells, benches, fountains and architectural whims.



In common parlance known as the Palace of Monteiro the millionaire, in honour of the first owner Carvalho Monteiro. The facade of the Palace is replete with Gothic pinnacles, gargoyles, capitals, and attracts the attention of an impressive octagonal tower.
