Japanese engineers from Waseda University and the company developed Kikuchiseisakusho robot specifically designed for parsing debris in areas of natural disasters and man-made disasters. Robot with eight limbs aptly named « Octopus » (オ ク ト パ ス).

Massive "Octopus" height 1, 7 meters and weighing 700 kg is able to lift weights up to 200 kg. At rendering shows how one "hand", he pulls a massive concrete block.
