But you need to come to the area and pass on Taganka lanes to light the yellow inconspicuous little house.
Start campaign - won the ordinary house in front, a white top, bottom yellow. Not far Kotelnicheskaya height.

Here's to this goal, in photograph. They're decorated "anturazhnye," but you know that in Soviet times, it was just a gate.

Before we zaydёm inside - need to say a little bit about that very object.

Going down to the express elevator to the depth of 65 meters, you will find yourself at once one of the most secret military facilities of the USSR - a protected command posts "Tagansky" (GO-42).
Design of the facility began in 1951. After 5 years, in 1956 a total area of over 7,000 m2 has been accepted by the state commission and submitted to the Ministry of Defence of the USSR to carry on duty around the clock to ensure the communication of senior management of the country in case of a nuclear attack on the USSR.
To combat duty to provide telephone and telegraph communication of the country at the facility on a daily basis were more than 2,500 people.
In the 60s GSB "Tagansky" it was fully equipped with everything you need in the event of a nuclear attack. Stocks of food, drinking water, air regeneration system could provide life about five thousand people for several months.
At the end of the 80 nuclear tensions gradually began to weaken and GSB "Tagansky" lost its key importance in ensuring the country's defense.
For several years, without due attention to the object gradually lost their power. It has survived only a massive steel doors and steel cladding.

A second version of the origin of the object (nekommersantskaya, on to the future via rumm, from the comments to the post):
The object began to build in the interest of the Ministry of Communications around 1950 and was completed in 1954 in the amount of one unit (Unit 2 has been built, but closed down). In 1984, the reconstruction of buildings with the introduction of two units and an extension of one more, but after the 80% penetration, the facility was mothballed.
In 1999, a decision was made on the completion of construction works (designs) to bring the facility to a safe condition. These works were carried out in 2000-2001 by the SMU-159, OAO Transinzhstroy.
Balansoderzhatelem object from 1991 to 2006 was OAO Central Telegraph.
Then, in 2006, the owner of the subject by some analytical work, as a result of which the object was recognized as unnecessary and may be for sale.
