Last week, Bender was an incredible event. On the main vacation spot of city dwellers - embankment, someone cut down all the weeping willows. The trees were in the dawn of the forces and is one of the business cards of the city, creating the conditions for a comfortable stay in the summer heat and autumn decorating the embankment. One of the functions of these trees have been wicking and strengthening the promenade. The willows were planted 1975-1985 and up to the standard of its 100 years of age is clearly not yet mature enough.

The most interesting is that the reasons for cutting down healthy and relatively young trees are unknown. Now Quay is a bleeding wound - from freshly cut stumps of willows flowing juice.
