Frosty flower

Frosty flower - is the name usually given to the phenomenon when thin layers of ice, extrusion of long stems of plants, form a formation very similar to the flower. This phenomenon can be observed in the fall or early winter, but this is very rare.

Furthermore the phenomenon of flowers may form a fanciful ice tape like moss, needles and other formations.
