Excellent invented

One guy decided to add their way to a wonderful Halloween hat,
and of course a better solution than sticking it to his head he found no glue.
Feast was over, and cap remained in place ...
Even the doctors refused to help him (to a psychiatrist he did not apply),
so the poor thing had to soak your head in a basin of warm water within 12 hours.
