In the window of restaurants in Japan, as in many other countries around the world, made to stand enticing culinary samples. Looking for a mouth-watering cakes, seafood and full meals provided by the glass, it is very hard to believe that it's just a mock-up, made of vinyl. The largest producer of such dishes is Iwasaki plant in Yokohama. Every year, there produce 270,000 samples for 20,000 restaurants worldwide. Mastery of local workers is impressive - even just looking at the pictures below, could not help thinking about the fridge.
