Kuzu are arboreal animals to climb. Their natural habitat - forests and other wooded areas, although it is also found in the almost treeless areas and semi-deserts. Kuzu mostly eat plant foods: leaves, fruits, flowers. Sometimes they eat insects and small vertebrates such as birds chicks.



Progeny females Kuzu bring one or two times a year. Young hatched from 16 to 18 days, and usually gives birth to one calf, very rarely - two. Bag an animal is well developed, there are two nipple. After four to seven months the cub leaves the bag, and six to ten months weaned. Sexual maturity occurs in the second or third year of life. The lifespan - 10-15 years.
