Each of the medicinal herbs is carefully selected in synergy with the others, they must be mixed in equal proportions and poured in the evening with 4 tbsp. herbs with 2 liters of warm water at about 40-45 degrees, you can't go higher, otherwise you will destroy the DNA of the herbs. This is an infusion, not a decoction. It will infuse overnight and you will drink it all day between meals. We also leave at least 1.5 liters of water for this period. We have been drinking for 21 days. Each herb has its own contraindications, these herbs are not included in the collection. But we try to preserve the recipe as much as possible.
1. In case of gallstones, so as not to move them, remove choleretic herbs - turnip, knotweed.
2. If there are stones or sand in the kidneys, remove diuretic herbs - thyme, knotweed, bearberry, field horsetail
3. In case of acute inflammatory processes in the kidneys and bladder, remove knotweed, bearberry, horsetail, sage, valerian
4. In case of constant hypotension (low blood pressure), varicose veins, remove dilating vessels and pressure-lowering herbs - mint, lemon balm, yarrow, knotweed, motherwort, nettle limit
5. In case of heartburn, remove mint
6. In case of stomach diseases with high acidity, remove oregano, helichrysum
7. In case of stomach and intestinal ulcers, colitis, remove oregano, valerian
8. In case of hypertension (high blood pressure), remove oregano, licorice, valerian
9. In case of blood clots, increased platelets, increased blood clotting, remove plantain, yarrow, turnip, knotweed
10. During pregnancy, it is forbidden to drink coltsfoot, thyme, knotweed, bearberry and licorice, field horsetail
11. During lactation, as well as for children under 2 years of age, it is forbidden to take mother and stepmother, bearberry
12. In case of liver problems, remove the mother - and - stepmother, limit thyme
13. With increased work of the adrenal glands, remove licorice
14. In case of angina pectoris, after a stroke, heart attack, remove knotweed
15. During the course of treatment with medications for hypertension, as well as when taking antidepressants, remove nettle
