Cheap house among the trees

Studio The Manser Practice Architects + Designers presented a draft of a private house on the Isle of Wight Welch, England. The client asked the architects to design the requested family residence on a wooded plot of a steep slope. Close collaboration with engineers Malcolm Woodruff and Elliott Wood Partnership has created a spacious two-storey house on concrete stilts, lush greenery, while staying within a very limited budget.
