"Best Photographer"

May 14 in Moscow in the White Hall of the Geological Museum. Vernadsky took delivery of the first open national fotopremii "Best photographer - 2009" and the opening of the final exhibition of works.

The award was filed 14500 two thousand works by photographers from 29 countries. The winners were selected in 12 categories of professional and 10 amateur. In addition, they were awarded prizes in the key categories: "Grand Prix", "Photo of the Year", "Photoseries Year", "Discovery of the Year" and the "Special Prize for the students." The winners in key categories received not only a substantial cash prizes, but also a unique silver statuette "Argentum».
