Below the poverty line in China

Stephen Chow - professional photographer who lives two houses - in Beijing and Singapore. One of his latest projects - "China's Poverty Line" (poverty line).

The main objective of Stephen Chow photo project - to find out what is the life of Chinese living below the poverty line. Stephen pictures of food that can be bought for 3, 28 yuan (0, 49 US dollars), that is, the daily income of the Chinese people, who earn 1,196 yuan a year (the official cost of living).
