Today, the story of an abandoned in the early '90s anti-aircraft missile battalion near the village of The Navy, 10 kilometers from Sevastopol (ZRDN C-125).
Anti-aircraft missile systems S-125 used to combat low-altitude manned and unmanned aerodynamic targets at altitudes 20-18000 meters at ranges of 3, 5-25 km. They settled along the borders of the former Soviet Union as part of the air defense systems, and actively sold to other countries, some of which were used for its intended purpose:
 - In Egypt in June and July 1970 with the help of C-125 in the firing 16 shot down 9 airplanes and 3 damaged (Soviet data)
 - In Syria during the conflict in 1973 were shot down 43 aircraft (Syrian data)
-27 March 1999 in Yugoslavia, the Yugoslav military modernized S-125 "Pechora" shot down the aircraft stealth F-117, 32 km from Belgrade and 13 km from the launcher.
