In which country is living the most brilliant minds? It is understood that the response in part will depend on the size and concentration of the country including its intellectual population.
This rating was made a team of scientists and psychologists who have taken based on the data of the International Programme on the evaluation of educational achievements of 15-year-olds in 2009.
The rankings first calculate the average percentage of adolescents in the country that received the highest test scores (98 - 100 points), and then felt the approximate number of intellectuals in the country, based on the ratio of the percent of the country's population.
This method allowed us to estimate the "pure" intellectual potential of the country, regardless of the "brain drain" and "inflow" from the outside.
