Drunk pear with spices


 
Ingredients:

Ripe pears - 3 pcs
Water - 3, 5 cups
Sugar - 3 cups
Peel and juice of 1 lemon
Vanilla - 1 teaspoon
Cinnamon - 2 sticks
Cloves - 2 pcs
Anise - 1 star

Preparation:

Wash and clean the pears. In a saucepan over medium heat, boil water with sugar, vanilla, lemon juice and peels, vkinte cinnamon sticks, cloves and anise. Once the sugar has dissolved, place the pear. Slightly lower the heat and simmer for about 20 minutes, until the pears completely cooked (but not overcook). Once the pears are ready, remove them with the juice cool about 1-2 hours. Before serving, cut the pears in half and serve with syrup in which they were cooked.
