Chicken nuggets (2 species)


For the first:
1 kg chicken breast
lemon 1 piece
starch 1 tsp
baking soda 1 tsp
flour (for breading)
salt / pepper to taste

For the second:
Chicken breast 500g
Parmesan cheese 250 g
2 pcs egg
ok.100 g flour
salt / pepper ground black
vegetable oil for frying


1) Chicken breasts cut into small oblong slices, slices across the grain, salt and add soda - like soda powder, pieces of good sprinkle with lemon juice (and thus extinguish soda), after adding the starch and mix.
