This project was implemented two years ago under the guidance of Portuguese architect by the name of Bernardo Rodrigues (Bernardo Rodrigues). The house is located in the town of Ribeira Grande on the island of Sao Miguel.
The house is located in the northern part of the island. Due to the climatic conditions of the region (part of a strong wind and high precipitation), the project needs the maximum protection against environmental influences. For this has been designed patio and built a special protective wall. The house has a luxurious rooftop terrace, which offers wonderful views of the rest of the northern part of the island. On the ground floor there is a guest room, a kitchen and a living room. The second floor is given to the individual bedrooms and a nursery.
