To date, this Croatian Australians considered one of the pillars of watercolor paintings around the world. Of course, we are talking about living contemporaries. It might surprise you, but initially Joseph was not supposed to become an artist.

Born Joseph Zbukvich (Joseph Zbukvic) in Zagreb, the Croatian capital today. From childhood he was fond of fine arts, however, parents are not considered important talent of his child, so Joseph entered the Pedagogical University, where he studied languages. Political instability in Yugoslavia, forced the family to leave their homeland Zbukvich and move to Australia. Naturally, education had to forget. A few years later the name of Joseph became popular, against the wishes of the parents to bury the talent of his son. Now he exhibited all over the world, and often gives master classes and teaches in many art schools in Europe and North America.
