South African architecture and design studio «Nico van der Meulen Architects» has developed a luxury version of the house for a country holiday. There are not any kitsch or shocking - all soundly, safely and comfortably as possible.

Agree, not every country house there is a possibility to place an impressive number of visitors, at least four car garage and much more. In fact, the project was not created "from scratch". Here is a complete reconstruction of the building project. According to the developers, the first thing they did - remove unnecessary walls and doors. Modernizing the house it was chosen by the customers - they wanted to use in front of the structural steel and concrete. Duplex house divided into the usual section. First level: kitchen, dining room, pantry, living room, lounge, garage, terrace and pool. Second level: four bedrooms with bathrooms and toilets, a gym, a guest lounge and several terraces, both open and closed.
