Last year in Alaska photographer Steven Kazlovsky saw a bear with a broken paw. After viewing the pictures, he discovered that she had a broken hind leg and not her claws. Steve was very upset about this, because the chances of survival for the crippled beast was negligible.
But what was his surprise when this winter he again met this bear, and not only that a vibrant and healthy - so even with two cubs!
That is the will to live !!!
