  • 400 g of rabbit meat
  • 50 ml cream 10% fat
  • 1 large slice of stale wheat bread
  • 2 eggs or 6 quail

Cooking
  1. Rabbit fillet cut into small pieces and grind it with herbs.
  2. A slice of bread, break, put in a bowl and pour cream. Let soak for 10 minutes.
  3. Add to the minced egg and soaked bread, stir it all up, lightly salt and pepper to taste. The consistency of the stuffing should be smooth and airy.
  4. From the resulting mass make cakes the same shape, occasionally moistening hands with water.


  5. Fry patties in heated pan in vegetable oil. Put on paper towel to excess oil absorbed. Burgers can also be cooked in a few: get more easy the protein dish.
