Household toxins: And you are poisoning your loved ones?

Household toxinsThis toxins into almost all aspects of our life. For example, the average urban family with average incomes, consider what dangerous toxins are the members of this family in contact every day:

Their standard apartment floor is lined with linoleum or laminate.

The rooms floors may be covered with carpeting or rugs made from inexpensive synthetic materials.

The furniture will be made from low grade materials, such as particleboard (boards on the basis of wood chips and resin binder).

Cover upholstered furniture will also be "budget", i.e., made of synthetic materials.

All contain hazardous synthetic compounds that belong to a class of VOCS (volatile organic compounds). One of these compounds is a very dangerous toxin formaldehyde, which is released with laminate and chipboard furniture(especially in warm and damp environment). These compounds, decaying, becoming a gaseous form through the air path into the body. Through touch with the surface of the synthetic carpet or upholstered furniture (and all they contain refractory material, which is a carcinogen), these compounds can enter the body through the skin.

Such connections can cause the following pathological conditions: allergic reactions in the form of headaches, skin irritations, coughing, watery eyes, burning eyes, nausea. Long exposure may lead to asthma, cancer, infertility.

In the kitchen, consider in our example, we will find a lot of handy plastic containers and a synthetic sponge and a plastic tub for bathing baby. All these items are made of dangerous plastics.

Here is a short list of the most common at home plastics:

PET (polyethylene terephthalate) — used in the production of polyester fibers, plastic bottles. Highlights of chemically active substances, in violation of the endocrine system. Contributes to infertility and the development of hormone-dependent cancers.

PE-HD (high density polyethylene) — found in plastic containers, bags, plastic milk bottles etc. These compounds have never been tested for safety, despite their widespread use. Apparently, there's a reason not to do contrary to safety requirements.

PVC (polyvinyl chloride) plastic plumbing pipes, insulation, imitation leather, furniture, shower curtains and many toys (!!!). It is the most toxic type of plastic that emit phthalates, carcinogens, dioxins, etc. Causes reproductive problems, diabetes, toxic poisoning of organs, cancer.

PP (polypropylene) — packaging material, carpets, diapers, laboratory and medical instruments. These compounds have never been tested for safety, despite their very wide application. Apparently there is also a reason not to do contrary to safety requirements.

PS (polystyrene) — packaging material, plastic cups, insulating material, solid shapes such as boxes for DVD/CD package of snacks (nuts, etc.). This plastic emit very toxic substances throughout the time of their application.

(Bisphenol a) — is added to many household plastics. BPA is similar in action to the female hormone oestrogen, and causes infertility, damage to the development of hormone-dependent cancers.

In addition to the danger from plastics, the members of our family researched putting yourself at risk, using detergents, washing powders, personal care products. Remnants of detergents left on clothes and bedding and after contact with the skin enter the body, causing a toxic effect. Shampoos and deodorants contain phthalates and parabens, which are carcinogens. Many fragrances are very toxic. Air fresheners for toilets, rooms and car interiors also contain many dangerous toxins.

It should be noted that all unnatural smells (emanating not from natural ingredients), the smell which you can feel are toxic. So the new vehicle has a specific smell, is toxic smell of plastic whose molecules are constantly released and inhaled by us. Heavy plastic smell is often in the car when it is left under the sun. An urgent need to ventilate the interior of the car before him to sit up, or the particles of toxic plastic into the blood through the lungs and can cause immediate reactions such as headaches and nausea, and at first sight imperceptible reaction that weaken the immune system and make your body more susceptible to disease.

Our standard family receives a lot of toxins in your kitchen. In addition to the above the danger of using plastic in the kitchen there are many other hazardous to health things.

More dangerous are the pots and pans coated with Teflon. Just after 2-3 minutes of heating the Teflon begins to break down and highlight the carcinogenic substances entering into the food and air. After 5 minutes of heating on high heat it starts to produce 6 very toxic substances, 2 carcinogens, 2 global pollutants and MFА (methylformate), which is fatal to humans even in small doses. If you accidentally forget the Teflon pan on the fire, it can reach a temperature at which the Teflon is destroyed, turning into phosgene — a chemical weapon.

Also very toxic and aluminum utensils. Aluminium entering the body through food cooked in a pot, causing chronic intoxication. It affects the Central nervous system, causing many mental disorders and symptoms. Conditions such as hypersensitivity, constant unwarranted anger, panic attacks, phobias, and even manic-depression and schizophrenia are associated with aluminum toxicity.

Today many associate Alzheimer's disease with hyperexponential to this metal. The aluminium passes through the placental barrier and causes disorders of mental development. Depending on the degree of intoxication of the mother aluminum pathology in children can range from increased activity and lack of control to autism and profound mental handicap.

In addition to aluminum utensils and the danger of aluminum foil and trays for baking.

Let's imagine that our test family is expecting a baby and decided to prepare a room for him. Modern paint will release into the air of toxins and carcinogens within from several months to several years, especially when warming the room heating or the sun. This can cause a range of symptoms in the child, which can be incorrectly diagnosed, such as flatulence.

I want to reiterate that the above household toxins make up only a small part of the threat to our health factors, with which we constantly meet in our homes and offices. The main goal of this incomplete list of household toxins is to increase the reader's awareness of the role of these toxins in the disease which we are now exposed to, especially in cancer. published
