Marble casserole with pumpkin and cheese

Ingredients:

  • Low-fat cottage cheese — 500 g
  • Eggs — 3 PCs
  • Milk 1% — 100 ml
  • Pumpkin — 125 g
  • Semolina — 3 tablespoons
  • Baking powder — 1 tsp
  • Ground cinnamon — 1 tsp
  • Sweetener — to taste




Preparation:

1. Beat cheese, milk, eggs, sweetener, semolina and baking powder in a blender.

2. Divide the mixture in half.

3. Grate pumpkin on a fine grater, squeeze, add cinnamon and sweetener. Mix with half the cheese mass.

4. Form for baking grease with butter.

5. Alternating, put 2 tablespoons of white and orange mixtures.

6. Send in a preheated 180 C oven for 45 minutes.

7. Give the casserole to cool completely before cutting.
