B vitamins: fish, poultry, meat, Turkey, milk, cheese, cottage cheese, rye bread, wheat germ, vegetables, legumes, soy, potatoes, nuts;

Vitamin C: rose hips and Rowan, citrus, sea buckthorn, red pepper, cabbage, tomatoes;

Potassium: apricots, raisins, dried apricots, melon, celery, honey, Apple cider vinegar;

Phosphorus: fish and seafood;

Iron: apples sour varieties such as Antonovka.
