Use walnut

Walnut — the fruit of the walnut tree. Homeland walnut — Central Asia. Main place of growth of a nut is the territory of the modern Republic of Moldova and France, which are the main exporters.


At the core of ripe walnuts contain alkaloids nortriterpenoids, steroids, quinones, tannins, vitamins E, A, R, C, b, minerals (sodium, potassium, iron, phosphorus, iodine, magnesium, calcium). In the kernel of a walnut contains magnesium, which has vasodilating and diuretic properties. Therefore, walnuts are used as a means for lowering blood pressure.


Walnut quickly relieves fatigue and strengthens muscles, therefore, it is essential for those in sports or simply lead an active lifestyle. Two walnuts will help to improve memory, a four will protect from high radioactivity.


In folk medicine with the use of walnut, there are many recipes and methods of treatment of various diseases. Walnut is used to treat wounds, intestinal dysbiosis, dermatitis, eczema, hemorrhoids, helminthiasis, menstrual disorders, rickets, sores, acne, gout, rheumatism, suppurative otitis media, pruritus, etc.


It is not advisable to buy shelled walnuts, since it is unknown where and how they lay, how many hands they passed through before going to the shops or markets.
