A small spoon will help you to avoid overeating

A group of scientists from Wageningen University in the Netherlands asked the subjects to eat soup during the side watching a 15-minute cartoon. All participants were provided the same amount of food, but some of them ate a large spoon, and the second part is small.

 




In the end, scientists noticed that those who ate a small spoonful, and ate approximately 25% less food, and thus feel full. But the rest of the participants, despite the fact that he had more, he was still hungry.
