The concept of unmanned public transport Bashny.Net

At the moment, "unmanned" the car is developed mainly for personal use. However, the BOT concept involves the introduction of beneficial and safe autopilot in the public transport system.



Designer Chris Luchowiec invented the concept, which combines the basic principles of taxi and carsharing. The city will ride electric vehicles to pick up passengers and deliver them to their destinations. The clever system is able to choose the best routes for rapid and profitable transportation.

The car itself is a four cabs, equipped with all the vital devices for safe Autonomous driving on city streets. As the designer says, the car will communicate with passengers during the trip and make a pleasant atmosphere in the salon with nice music and pleasant lighting. Concept BOT took first place in the contest Michelin Design Challenge 2014.
