Raspberry butter for Breakfast

 

A great option for Breakfast — pancakes or on toast!

  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • half a Cup of raspberries
  • 1 Cup butter at room temperature
Melt the honey in a small saucepan, add the berries.

Not boiling, remove the pan from the heat and mash berries with a fork.

Let them cool down.

Whip the berries with honey in a blender (if you want, you can remove the seeds), and gradually add the oil. whisk for 2-3 minutes: first, the structure of the oil is inhomogeneous, then will become smooth. In the process of knocking down several times, stop the blender and remove the mass from the walls with a spoon.





When the butter has become smooth structure, put it in a small jar. Put in the refrigerator, where it can be kept for up to a week and can be frozen for up to 2 months.

To prepare this oil you can use different berries, for example strawberries.
