Chocolate tiramisu from Jamie Oliver





Proven recipe from the famous British chef.

Chocolate sponge plus mascarpone, sweet dessert wine, strong espresso and white chocolate... impossible to Resist!

RECIPE FOR CHOCOLATE TIRAMISU FROM JAMIE OLIVER

Need:

Biscuit:
50 g butter
4 eggs
110 g powdered sugar
30 g cocoa powder
85 g flour

Cream:
70 g sugar (sweet tooth can increase the amount of sugar)
500 g mascarpone
2 egg yolks
1 tbsp. sweet dessert wines

Design:
coffee liqueur – the number desired
40 ml of strong espresso
40 g white chocolate
orange peel – optional
cocoa powder
dark chocolate bar

How to cook:
1. For the biscuit, melt the butter and allow to cool to room temperature.

2. Beat the eggs until soft peaks form, add powdered sugar and beat for two minutes, the mixture should increase in volume threefold. Gently pour the melted butter and add the sifted with cocoa flour. Stir with a spatula. In any case, do not use blender or even a whisk, if you don't want the dough settled and turned into the sole.

3. Pour the chocolate on a baking sheet, the laid parchment layer of 1 cm.

4. Bake the cake at 180°C for 10 minutes.

5. For the cream mix the sugar and mascarpone. Add 2 egg yolks and beat. Pour dessert wine. Gently stir, weight should be smooth and shiny.

6. Specsize biscuit to break into large pieces and put into a large dish with sides. Pour on top of coffee liqueur, espresso and melted white chocolate. Optionally, sprinkle with orange zest.

7. Put the mascarpone, as it should be leveled with a spatula. Sprinkle a thin layer of cocoa powder.

8. With a sharp knife made of tiles of dark chocolate chocolate chips and decorate the tiramisu.

9. Chill for 2 hours.
